Fitness should be fun, help build and maintain physical fitness, and be something you are looking forward to!

We are very excited to be bringing back our Fitness Fun class by ZOOM.  This 1-hour class features aerobics, strength building, and stretching!  If you are looking for a fun way to stay healthy and get strong, this is the class for you!
