NOT FALLING FOR YOU MARCH CLASSES
The NOT Falling for You program is a FREE WORKSHOP that is all about helping adults aged 50+ and older stay confident and steady on their feet. The weekly classes are simple, easy to follow, and based on the latest research, with specialized exercises designed to be safe and effective.
We held a series of classes in February that were a great success, so we will continue to offer the classes in March. These classes focus on exercises to improve overall balance and stability.
These sessions will be on :
- Friday afternoons from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Friday March 6th
- No Class Friday, March 13th
- Friday March 20th
- Friday March 27th
