As an officer of the Board, the Member at Large works with the Board of Directors to plan, develop and set
policies and objectives for the organization to ensure it maintains its values while meeting established goals.

The Member at Large takes on a portfolio of tasks and responsibilities that is determined by the Board. They can bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and skills from various backgrounds, which can enrich discussions, enhance decision-making processes, and ensure the board considers a wide range of viewpoints.

Skills:

If you have strong leadership skills, are able to make confident and important decisions, able to
communicate ideas clearly, can work with other Board members effectively, and have reasonable computer
skills then this is an opportunity for you to make a significant contribution to the success of our Seba Seniors community.

Time Commitment:

Approximately 3- 5 hours/week.
