FLOOR CURLING AT SEBA SENIORS

Seba Seniors started drop in Floor Curling every Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. Evansburg Seniors & LakeSide Curling helped us to kick this off. In fact, Lakeside Curling lent us some curling sticks to help make this an even easier event so we don’t have to bend over so much to deliver those rocks! So come on out, get some exercise, meet some new people, and join in on the fun.

COME JOIN US FOR CURLING!

WHAT IS FLOOR CURLING?

Floor curling is a modified version of the Olympic sport of curling with one major difference—no ice! Instead of sliding heavy stones, players use lightweight, wheeled stones that glide smoothly across the floor toward a target. The goal? Score more points than your opponent by getting your stones closest to the center.

It’s easy to learn, even if you’ve never played before, and a great way to stay active, socialize, and challenge your strategic skills. Whether you’re aiming for the perfect shot or just there for the laughs, floor curling is all about having a good time with great company. No skates, no sweeping—just pure fun!
