Seba Seniors is pleased to introduce a new fitness program!
You’re invited to register for a sample Tai Chi class on February 23, 2026. If you enjoy the class, you can then choose to register for the 8-week follow-up program.
Tai Chi offers many benefits for seniors. It helps improve balance and reduce the risk of falls, strengthens muscles, and increases flexibility. The gentle, low-impact movements can also boost cognitive function, reduce stress, and support overall well-being. Tai Chi may be especially helpful in managing chronic conditions such as arthritis, heart issues, and ongoing pain.+
