The NOT Falling for You program is a FREE WORKSHOP that is all about helping adults aged 50+ and older stay confident and steady on their feet. The weekly classes are simple, easy to follow, and based on the latest research, with specialized exercises designed to be safe and effective.
This class focuses on exercises to improve overall balance and stability.
