GIVING BACK NEVER GROWS OLD

Volunteers are the heart of Seba Seniors. As a non-profit organization, we rely on the dedication and generosity of volunteers to operate our programs, activities, and our Thrift Shop.   Whether you’re a senior yourself or are simply interested in giving back, volunteering with our group is a fun way to meet new people and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

LEARN NEW THINGS.  GAIN CONFIDENCE. BUILD SELF-ESTEEM

Volunteering has also proven to be good for your health.  Volunteering keeps the brain active, which contributes to mental health.  It also is an opportunity for us to create meaningful friendships and helping others can help us feel happier and have a positive outlook on life.

Did you know…according to the National Institute on Aging, volunteering may also lower your risk of dementia and other health issues.   Have a look at our available positions and see what might be a good fit for you.
