LOOKING FORWARD TO 2025
Looking back at 2024 at Seba Seniors, I’m very grateful and a little astonished! We have laid a solid foundation for even greater community opportunities for Seba Beach and for its Seniors in 2025. Each one of us can pat ourselves on the back for making a difference and be grateful that we live in such a great community.
I especially want to thank the Board of Directors for its dedication and hard work in the past year. It is truly a talented and amazing group of people. 2025 looks bright. We have plans to renew and refresh! Our May Hall and kitchen will be upgraded under the watchful eye of our construction supervisor, Dennis Douglas. Programs and social events will continue to offer us wonderful surprises. Our regular groups will continue to grow. Yes, we are really looking forward to preparing for our 50th anniversary in 2026!
You might be wondering how you might get in on what is happening at Seba Seniors? There are many ways. First, try It! Classes and regular groups are great fun, inspirational, friendly, and inclusive of everyone in the community. Maybe you have time to volunteer at the Thrift shop or with a committee? Maybe you want to help with our events? Maybe you have a talent to share with other members? Maybe you have expertise to offer to our Board of Directors? Everyone has something to offer and it will make a difference!
Oh, and I should mention we are very excited to announce we have a new YouTube page. The video below is our first video that we launched today to showcase how much fun we had in 2024. I think you will agree we’ve had great achievements.
