NOT FALLING FOR YOU INTRO CLASS – IT WAS GREAT!

We held a series of classes in February to introduce our members to this program.  These classes focus on exercises to improve overall balance and stability.  The response was fantastic so we have decided to make it a regular weekly drop-in class!

Barb prepared our refreshments; Laura approves!

We had a great turn out for the introductory class

NOT FALLING FOR YOU INTRODUCTORY CLASS – What a wonderful time!

It was wonderful to see everyone who attended the introductory session of Not Falling for You on January 30, 2026!  We are continuing this program with a four-week series throughout the month of February.

  • Sessions are on Fridays from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
  • Our first session is this Friday: An Introduction to Physical Activity.
  • Although drop-ins are welcome, we ask that you pre-register so we know how many snacks to provide.
