Seba Senior Programs are coming back in full swing. We are excited to let you know this year we are introducing Pickleball Workshops in SebaHub (the old school). Spaces are limited so sign up soon! 

This fast-growing sport is easy to learn, played on a smaller court, and combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. Whether you’re brand new or already love the game, pickleball is full of laughter, quick rallies, and plenty of social time.

Discover the Addicting Fun of Pickleball

What makes pickleball so enjoyable is its accessibility:

1. You don’t need prior experience to get started,
2. Games can be as casual or as competitive as you like.
3. The smaller court encourages lots of rallies, so players quickly get into the action, and
4. The light paddles and slower-moving ball mean less strain on the body compared to other racquet sports.

Pickleball is also a very social activity.

• Whether you play singles or doubles, the close court size makes it easy to chat, laugh, and connect with others.
• Many people describe it as “addicting fun” because once you try it, you’ll want to keep playing.
• It’s a great way to stay active, improve coordination, and enjoy friendly competition—all while having a good time.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

These workshops will be led by BRENDA HAWRYLUK. Brenda brings over 8 years of Pickleball experience to the court. Known for her passion, infectious positivity and knack for making the game fun and approachable,

Brenda inspires players of all levels to grow their skills. Her vibrant energy and dedication make her a standout on and off the court! Here are some of her accomplishments in Pickleball:

• Canadian Western Championships Medalist
• Canadian Nationals Medalist
