Cora’s Coffee Corner – 50 years old!
It’s hard to believe, but our Seba Seniors family began its journey in 1976 as the Seba Beach Golden Age Club with Cora Mustard leading the Thrift Shop. In fact, it was her idea to start up a Thrift Shop, and back the,n she used a black purse as the cash register. Her motto was “Coffee is on, teapot hot, come and sit a spell to visit if all this shopping has tired you out!”
As part of our 50th anniversary celebrations in 2026, our Thrift Shop is softly unveiling a refreshed new look for Cora’s Coffee Corner on February 14! So, come by our Seba Seniors Thrift Shop to see our new look, enjoy a coffee or tea, sit a spell and chew the fat as they say…
