Annual Seniors Spring BBQ – What a great time!
The annual BBQ to round out Seniors Week was held on June 6. 2025, at the Seba Seniors Melmoth Lounge. The weather turned just in time and it was a lovely evening. We had about 60 people in attendance, heard a nice speech from Rick McPhee, and then Ingrid spoke in her first event as our Seba Seniors President. Doug Watts was an excellent MC and gave “free” books as gifts.
Thanks to Mary deVries and the Social Committee for the wonderful food and for all those who helped set up and clean afterward…it is so appreciated. The dedication and hard work from this group is amazing.
A lot of people stayed for the Oiler game afterwards too. We may not have won the game but the friendship and conversations made up for it!
A wonderful time of connecting and socializing was had by all. Please join us at our next event; they’re a lot of fun.
