INDOOR GOLF CLASS
We know it’s winter, and there’s snow on the ground, but every golfer we know is already counting the days until they can get back out on the course.
To help bridge the gap, Seba Seniors is sponsoring an Indoor Golf Class. We’re still working out the details, including whether the class will be held at Seba Seniors or Seba Hub, but we expect to have that confirmed by the middle of February 2026.
We all know golf can be played for the pure fun of it—or the occasional frustration! But beyond that, golf is genuinely good for you. It combines low-impact, long-duration cardiovascular exercise with mental stimulation and social interaction. Studies show it can promote longevity, reduce the risk of chronic conditions such as heart attacks and strokes, improve balance and strength, and support mental health. In fact, golfers can add up to five extra years to their lives.
Love golf? More details coming soon—so keep those clubs ready!
