Seba Seniors is starting a drop in Floor Curling evening starting April 8, 2025. We have invited some of the members from Evansburg Seniors & LakeSide Curling to help us with our kick off.  In fact, Lakeside is going to lend us some sticks to help us make this an easy event ,so we don’t need to bend over to throw the rocks. Thank you Lakeside!!

We played Floor Curling at a Sundowner. It was a blast. So come on down, hang out with us, and have some fun. See you there!

WHAT IS FLOOR CURLING?

Floor curling is a modified version of the Olympic sport of curling with one major difference—no ice! Instead of sliding heavy stones, players use lightweight, wheeled stones that glide smoothly across the floor toward a target. The goal? Score more points than your opponent by getting your stones closest to the center.

It’s easy to learn, even if you’ve never played before, and a great way to stay active, socialize, and challenge your strategic skills. Whether you’re aiming for the perfect shot or just there for the laughs, floor curling is all about having a good time with great company. No skates, no sweeping—just pure fun!
